The service provided by this company was extremely disappointing. The staff was unresponsive, and the overall experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend their services.
Brutal experience. Limo was over 30 minutes late for the wedding party, and filthy inside. Stuff happens but this was compounded by bizarre responses from the seemingly unhinged owner/operator (posted below). Threatening to sue for honest bad reviews. Shocking.

I was with a wedding party where the limo was 40 minutes late from the prearranged pickup time.The bride and groom were understandably unhappy with the service (as was I), but I'm leaving the review mainly about the unprofessional behavior of the management. When the bride was speaking to the manager only the phone, rather than immediately offering an apology and a refund, he said "you wouldnt complain if it rained would you?" As if his own scheduling was as unpredictable as the weather.When we got in the limo, it was full of empty cans from whoever was in there previously, and (great for a hot day) the air conditioning didn't work.I would avoid this company if you want a clean functioning limousine that arrives on time.
Poor experience. Terrible time managementUpdate: Your response is both unprofessional and inappropriate. My wife and I left honest reviews based on our experience, which was far from acceptable. Refunding money after a poor service is not a favor, it’s the minimum any responsible business should do. Accusing customers of "scamming" because they shared a negative experience is not only false but also reflects poorly on how you handle criticism. and we certainly did not express "satisfaction" we simply accepted the refund after a disappointing service.
They are the best limousine company in town! Our driver arrived on time, was friendly, polite, and professional. The limo was spotless, and we had such a great time. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!

We had recently booked 4 limos for my sister’s wedding and the reservation help, provided by James, was exceptional!!The first limo was Masresha, the reservation was upgraded to a party bus. The limo was prompt, had a very professional driver and excellent service.The second limo was Wesley, who also arrived promptly and provided professional and courteous service for us.The third limo was Niat. This was the groom’s limo. This driver I would like to send a special acknowledgment too, as the groom forgot his phone in the limo. He realized as soon as he got out of the limo. Niat was kind enough to turn around and come back. We were so thankful! Niat was professional, courteous and kind.The fourth limo was the brides limo, Davor arrived early which was amazing. The bride and her bridesmaids LOVED this limo as well. Davor was professional and provided awesome service. One of the bridesmaids, forget to give the tip at the end of the ride that was in an envelope. Davor popped by the venue later and was able to pick it up! We are so appreciative.Overall, these 4 drivers and James provided top notch service to our wedding party and guests. An absolute amazing company and drivers. We were very pleased and would highly recommend.Thank you for helping to make my sister’s day so special!!!
Global Limo came to our rescue! We were stranded at the airport and couldn’t get to Fort McMurray until later the following day.due to flight delayed and cancellations. We had already missed the opening ceremonies for our baseball nationals and now risked missing our first game the next morning. We were so happy to have this company accommodate our request and get us to where we needed to be for our first game. The efficiency and promptness was incredible. Sheena was amazing at her job and coordinated and communicated with us in a timely manner. She really was an angel. Our driver, Abdi was so professional and got us to our final destination safely. I had an extremely poor experience with this company. Planned a limo service for a wedding months prior. The day of, the driver (Henry) was not only 15 minutes late to pickup, but then informed me he had gone to neither of the posted google map pins he was given for the day. This forced the wedding party to personally drive to the wedding venue with VERY little time to spare. On top of that, Henry was unapologetic, rude, and hung up on me shortly after telling me the bad news. I received no notification from the company nor the driver that anything had been done to remedy the situation until I called them after the wedding day. This company may be rated highly, but I would STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere. Nearly ruined a wedding day, and barely cared. Stay away.
Henry was 15 mins late and showed up at the (wrong) drop off address (instead of pick up) for a wedding. Quite disappointing, especially when a timeline is so critical.I should add that there was no attempt to make amends, or send another vehicle.

I don’t even know where to start… so I was a little iffy about booking these guys because these day I worry that everything is a scam, then I decided to read the reviews… I read the reviews and there was only 1 bad one at the time so I decided to look further into the company, after calling them almost every other day for a week and being answered very politely to all my queries I finally caved and at last minute I decided to book them. With less than 24 hour to my service I went to their website, paid, got confirmation and was feeling very positive but then I came back online again and a whole bunch of negative reviews started popping up lol, and once again I got scared but I decided to trust that things would be good. I was contacted by my driver “mo”who introduced his self very politely via text message . The day of my event my driver turned up on time, neatly dressed and polite . He was very patient with us, he corresponded clearly, he held the door open, helped us in and out the limo and made sure we were doing good! I would definitely recommend this company.
